Hello! I’m Kelli
Licensed Massage Therapist
I have always been fascinated by the human body and the many miracles it performs every day. At an early age, I set my sights on learning all there is to know about the human body and how to keep it in optimal condition.
Sometimes the miracles of the human body are harder to come by due to pain, stress, and injury. That’s where Remedy and Relief Therapeutic Massage enters — to help individuals restore and revive their bodies.
A deeply relaxing massage based on traditional Swedish techniques. This style massage will increase circulation, release muscle tension, and restore the natural balance within your body.
A massage that generally focuses on one or two areas of pain or tension. This style massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes. This includes trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching.
A massage that is focused on aiding a specific injury or condition. After an in-depth consult and a range of special tests, you will receive a massage that is personalized to your injury.
A massage that is customized to the needs of expecting mothers. The body changes dramatically throughout pregnancy, often causing tension and pain. Whether you are dealing with sciatica, low back pain, neck pain, or maybe you just need a mental break, prenatal massage could be for you!
A massage designed for pre and post-event relief. This massage is performed over the clothes and includes Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretches, joint mobilizations, and more. Cupping is an additional $20.
Stress & Pain Relief
With the knowledge I have acquired over the years, every massage is given with a heightened awareness and focus on individual needs. I aim to decrease stress, provide long-lasting pain relief, and enhance the body’s natural power to heal various injuries and conditions. More importantly, I seek to treat the root cause of pain by looking beyond the surface, delving into the neuromuscular system.

No. I will bring everything that is needed for your massage, including a table, bolsters, sheets, and music.
How much space is needed for the table?
I ask that you clear a space of at least 6 x 10 feet so that there is space to move around the table.
