COVID-19 Safety Update

Before your session, you will be emailed a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire and liability form. This MUST be filled out before your appointment.

Upon entering, each client will be given hand sanitizer and their temperature will be taken using a non-contact forehead thermometer (99.9 F or higher will be asked to leave).

There will be a plastic bin for storage of clothing and belongings during the session. This bin will be cleaned between every client.

Appointments will be spaced out so that the entire studio and all supplies can be thoroughly cleaned between clients.

Cleaning between clients: Just as before, all sheets, blankets, and face cradle covers will be changed. All surfaces and supplies will be cleaned with CDC compliant disinfectant, including the massage table, door knobs, the dresser, and side table.

A High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) purifier that is capable of blocking more than 99.97% of airborne microbes has been installed. The studio air will be circulated and refreshed every three to five minutes.

I will be wearing a mask at all times to ensure each client’s safety.

Clients should wear a mask during their massage. Please let me know if this causes difficulties in breathing when laying face down.

Stress & Pain Relief

With the knowledge I have acquired over the years, every massage is given with a heightened awareness and focus on individual needs. I aim to decrease stress, provide long-lasting pain relief, and enhance the body’s natural power to heal various injuries and conditions. More importantly, I seek to treat the root cause of pain by looking beyond the surface, delving into the neuromuscular system.

In addition to condition-specific massage I also specialize in:

+ Swedish Massage

+ Deep Tissue Massage

+ Prenatal Massage

+ Sports Massage

"My experience working with Kelli has been amazing. Her skills go above and beyond providing a relaxing experiencing, and she has been helping me with long term chronic pain and gaining back functional movement in my shoulder. She's really easy to communicate with, and I'm so thankful to have found her!"

Aly

"Kelli goes above and beyond for her clients. She is the only massage therapist that I have routinely gone to because she delivers an individualized experience and genuinely wants to make you feel better. The herniated disc in my neck was causing intense muscle tension and neuropathy down my arm. After 6 months of therapy with her I am feeling 100% better. Definitely recommend!!"

Courtney

"My massage from Remedy and Relief was fantastic! Kelli was professional, talented, and extremely knowledgeable. She addressed all of my back’s problem areas and gave me significant pain relief. I will be returning for more massages and referring anyone I know who could use some pain relief and relaxation of their own. 10/10."

Michael C.

"Kelli is an angel! She helped relieve pain from my neck that kept me from sleeping for 2 days. After her massage I felt immediate relief and and was able to sleep through the night. She also gave me a referral to an amazing acupuncturist. Booking with her was simple and easy and her space was immaculate and professional."
